The shipping date is 30th March, 2011 and the unit will be available in both versions, 3G only and Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi only edition is priced to $249.99 and Wi-Fi + 3G edition will cost $299.99. I know, 30th March is too long but at least we have the date now and that is good enough time for you to save for it and secure your copy.
