HTC introduced two more Windows Phone 7 based smartphones, HTC Titan and HTC Radar. Lets see what they offer and can they survive in Android & iOS dominated market everywhere.
HTC Titan is largest phone i have ever seen as it have 4.7″ screen. It reminds me of HTC desire HD. In spite of such a huge screen, its only 9.9mm thick and lighter (160 grams).
Titan sports 1.5 GHz single-core Snapdragon processor, 512 MB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, an 8-megapixel camera with F2.2. and HSPA+ connectivity. Specs are pretty good for multitasking, photography and it would be fun to watch movies on this half a tablet size smartphone.
HTC Radar is a mid-range WP7 device with normal 3.8″ screen and polished metal body. It also sports a 1 GHz Snapdragon CPU, 512 MB of RAM. Camera power is stripped down to 5-megapixel but F2.2 lens and BSI sensor are available like Titan.
Windows Phone “Threads” lets you quickly access Facebook chat, text, and Windows Live Messenger.
Both, HTC Titan and Radar should become widely available in Europe in October.
