The biggest barrier that keeps you buying iPhone, iPad And iPod touch is their lack of Adobe Flash plugin support. Apple has been avoiding native support for Adobe Flash since beginning for performance issues that the plugin would cause.
Adobe announced a version 4.5 of Adobe Flash Media Server today, a product that allows developers to stream Flash content straight to a wide range of devices. It let users to play Flash content on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad without any sort of Flash add-on. The theory behind this is to all Flash content is processed on a remote server and then sent to the browser as a HTTP stream. Its similar to what Skyfire browser do for performance improvements.
