I know that some people out there, especially those casual users of the Samsung Galaxy S II, have been waiting for the official OTA Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update, which was unofficial leaked for this handset few days ago via SAMFirmware.
Finally there is some great news for Samsung Galaxy S 4G owners as Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread update for this phone just got released officially via the Samsung Kies application. When you will plug in your device in PC, an update to the KIES software is available to download. The update comes with version number PDA:KI3 / PHONE:KI3 / CSC:KI3 (XEO). Basically, it appears to be the very same software as the one in the said leaked ROM.
Some of the changes packed with the new OS release would include a new TouchWiz interface, one that does not include the bouncing effect when scrolling to the end of a list.
