Ready to own a Red Nikon DSLR camera? Well if you are the fine folks at BestBuy have you covered, the Red Nikon D3100 entry-level DSLRs (unlike some other camera makers) was launched yesterday on Bestbuy.com for $649.99 w/ a 18-55mm kit lens, it doesn’t have the same $100 discount that BestBuy’s currently offering on the standard black model.
The red D3100 may only be for the US market since I did not see any updated on the other international Nikon websites. At this time the Red Nikon D3100 isn’t being sold anywhere other than Bestbuy online, but that should change soon enough. When the camera starts to hit other retailers you should be able to find one for a lot less than $649.99, now you can get the Black D3100 for as low as $529.98 through Amazon.com while Best Buy is charging $649.99 for the same camera and 18-55mm kit lens bundle.
