
HTC have contributed some great Android smartphones to the industry but they haven’t got too far in tablet market space. HTC Flyer was nevertheless a fine product and sports Android under the hood but couldn’t dominate the market like iPad or Galaxy tab did.
We received some leaked news about HTC’s plans for tablets and by the sound of it they are very serious about this. According to Commercial Times, a Taiwan newspaper, HTC going to unveil quad core tablet at MWC (Mobile World Congress). MWC is Barcelona-based trade show that scheduled on February 27th in 2012 and managed by Nvidia. The show may unveil long awaited Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and there is a good chance that same is used for quad core tablet.
Apart from tablet we are expecting new smartphone models from HTC, could be HTC edge and one more. If you look at the past events, HTC prefers MWC to launch their products and thus all HTC fans are eagerly waiting for it.
