Now Samsung Galaxy S 4G owners on T-Mobile can choose to initiate a manual update to get Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The new software build T959VUVKJ6 has been released and is ready for action. The new build will bring not only Android 2.3 Gingerbread Update, but also numerous bug fixes, a camera enhancement and Google security patches. T-Mobile has made it clear that the update will not be sent Over-The-Air (OTA), so you’ll have to install Kies Mini and grab the USB cable in order to pull it.
