Nokia has yet to make an official announcement on when its next Windows Phone Lumia 900 will become available for purchase, but Geektechblog is claiming to have had a hands-on with the Nokia Lumia 900 and have some very specific info to share.
According to Alexander Jethwa’s write-up, The Lumia 900 is said to have a 4.7 4.3 AMOLED screen and will be a bigger version of the Lumia 800 with the same great design. The phone runs on 1.4 GHz processor and will apparently have ”a nicer camera to compliment the big screen”. One small change the 900 will see is that it’s SIM card slot will be like the design of the iPhone’s slot rather than the 800’s. It’s also possible that the Lumia 900 will come sporting a glossy finish instead of the matte finish seen on the 800.
They confirm the handset will run Tango, but claim NFC support will have to wait for Apollo.
The Source is also reporting that the device is expected to arrive in Q1 2012 which is line with pretty much all other rumours about the device.
