Reportedly, the Verizon Galaxy Nexus finally went on sale in the US yesterday, if you still haven’t grabbed the Samsung Galaxy Nexus from Verizon Wireless (and presuming you want one) — Verizon are selling the device for $300 on-contract — and if you are looking for an extremely cheap deal for the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus, look no further than Amazon which has undercut everyone in the land and is now offering Verizon’s latest 4G LTE smartphone for a mere $150 on-contract, which seems like a pretty good deal, and you also get a $100 Amazon IFT card with the purchase.

The Galaxy Nexus runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, uses a 1.2GHz dual core processor, a 4.65-inch display, and can shoot 1080p video, including Face Unlock or Near Field Communications (NFC) capabilities. Most of its interest revolves around its being that due to Verizon’s partnership with ISIS (together with AT&T and T-Mobile), we have to admit that we can’t say we were surprised to find out that Google Wallet would not be making its way onto the Galaxy Nexus, as of now the Galaxy nexus reportedly will have Google Wallet support.

Still if you’re a Verizon user in the US and are interested in getting one, you could check out the offers from Amazon and Best Buy.
