Right now runs Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb, the original first-generation Android tablet from ASUS, the Eee Pad Transformer TF101, is slated to receive Google’s latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich software update in mid-February, according to a post on the Asus Facebook page.
Google Android 4.0 is designed to run on phones and tablets, and features new graphics, a new system-wide font, a new contact manager, spell-checking, and a slew of other improvements.
We suppose if you’ve been waiting this long, a month longer isn’t the end of the world, but it would be nice to get some assurances that this is the last delay. Hit up the comments with your thoughts.
