Toshiba AT200 (also known as the Excite X10 in the US), the world’s first thinnest Android tablet as Japanese electronic manufacturer Toshiba is brave enough to call it, is now available in the UK, exclusively at Carphone Warehouse.
This tablet appears to be one of the most compact slates with a weight of 535g, thinness measuring only 7.7mm.
Two configurations with either 16GB or 32GB of storage space are available for £399 and £449 respectively, while the rest of the specs list includes Android Honeycomb OS pre-installed, 1 GB RAM, 1280×800 resolution LED backlit IPS display, a 5MP Back snapper with LED flash, and a 1.3-megapixel shooter up front. The battery backup of this tablet is around 8 hours. Other specs include GPS with A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, Micro HDMI, Micro USB, WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.
