It was a few days ago, when a new smartphone in Lumia series was rumored, running Windows Phone ‘Tango’. Recent report confirms that new Nokia Lumia smartphone, dubbed as Lumia 610, has passed through certification in Indonesia on the 10th February, will also run on Windows Phone Tango.
The Nokia Lumia 610 handset will support 3G, WIFI, and Bluetooth. Other features, it supports GSM 900/1800 and WCDMA 2100 bands, and it will be powered by Windows Phone Tango OS. Tango, a forthcoming alternate version of Windows Phone, is designed to run on low-priced handsets and sports reduced hardware specifications.
According to rumors, the Lumia 610 will also feature 5MP camera with LED Flash, 3.5 inch display, and will be coupled by 256MB of RAM.
The handset is expected to make its debut at Mobile World Congress, which kicks off Feb 27th. Stay tuned for more.
