Many manufacturers have been in the lime light for possible new devices they will unveil at the MWC 2012 show in Barcelona, Spain. Till the date Samsung has kept a low profile and now it has finally started to reveal its new products, at MWC.
Samsung has just announced the Galaxy beam, an Android 2.3 smartphone with a built-in projector, along with Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.
Talking about Samsung Galaxy Beam, comes featuring a 4.0 (480 × 800) WVGA TFT display, the phone is powered by a dual core 1GHz processor. Other features include 8GB Internal memory (expandable via MicroSD slot up to 32GB), a 5MP back snapper as well as a 1.3MP front camera, 2000mAh battery and 15 lumens projector, that allows users to freely share photos, videos or other digital media instantly and in crisp clarity up to 50-inch wide, even in outdoor environments. . The smartphone is coupled by 1GB of RAM. No details on pricing and availability yet, the smartphone will likely be showcased at MWC show though.
As of Galaxy Tab 2, it is 10.1 incher slate, replacing the current 10-inch Galaxy Tab, as the recently launched 7 inch Galaxy tab 2 did the same to its predecessor. Powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor, the Galaxy Tab 2 also comes equipped with 10.1 PLS TFT display, a 3MP rear camera, a VGA front shooter, 1GB RAM, either 16GB or 32GB internal memory, HSPA+, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, USB 2.0 host, aGPS, GLONASS, and 7000 mAh battery. The new tablet will be flavored by Android 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich. The Galaxy Tab 2 series will be available in both 3G and Wi-Fi only versions.
