Huawei announced the Huawei MediPad 10 FHD at Mobile World Congress today. The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD features a 10-inch IPS HD touchscreen display and it is powered by Huawei’s new 1.5GHz K3 quad core processor that we heard about earlier in the new Huawei Ascend D1 Quad.
The MediaPad has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 10″ display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200, HSPA+ 21/42/84Mbps and LTE support, Dolby surround sound, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, and 2GB of RAM.
The tablet will come in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB capacities, with a microSD card slot for adding more storage as needed. The MediaPad 10 FHD will support LTE and It is only 8.8mm thin and weighs 598g.
The MediaPad 10 FHD is destined for worldwide markets in Q2 2012, but at the time of this writing we don’t know anything about pricing and availability.
