Recently we reported that Ice Cream Sandwich update will be rolling out for Samsung Galaxy S II starting March 13th. While only few countries were mentioned there, to get new update, including Poland, Hungary and Sweden in Europe, and South Korea in Asia.
Now a tweet comes straight from Samsung UK confirms that Android 4.0 update for Samsung’s flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S2, will roll out in UK starting March 19th.
However, the Samsung UK stated that, “the availability of software upgrades in the UK will be dependent upon each network’s own software approvals process.”
The other devices include GALAXY Note, GALAXY S II LTE, GALAXY Tab 8.9 and 10.1 will also get Ice Cream Sandwich update soon, according to the tweet. We’ll keep our ears to the ground, and will keep you guys posted when it does.
