The Canadian carrier Rogers has added the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE Android slate to its portfolio. Although the tablet is already available for purchase through Bell and TELUS operators, Rogers Galaxy Tab 8.9 costs about the same, but AT&T’s prices are a bit differ.
The pricing on Rogers is as follows: $399.99 with a new three-year contract, or $649.99 if you’d rather not do any contract signing.
Featuring an 8.9-inch display (1280 × 800), a dual-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 1GB RAM, 3MP camera with a 2MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 shipping with Android 3.2 Honeycomb, though an Ice Cream Sandwich update is coming soon. Weighing just at 455 grams, the tablet measures 8.6 mm thin, and this doesn’t make a bad deal.
