Another day, another possible leaked photo of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S III smartphone has made it to the web. However, we took you on a tour of the images that have leaked out or so claiming to be the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S III. Though, we took all the rumors with a pound of a salt instead of pinch.
The images you see above are being labeled as images of the GT-i9300, though the model number made its debut to the web earlier, many people assumed it would be the Galaxy S3. Again, we’re going to say probably not. While the image indeed shows a Samsung handset running what looks like TouchWiz over Ice Cream Sandwich, including Galaxy Nexus-style on-screen navigation buttons, for whatever reasons it just isn’t screaming “next-gen successor to the Galaxy S II” to us.
Phone Arena got a look at a leaked device purporting to be the “Samsung GT-i9300″, showed up on Samsung’s website courtesy of a UAP profile, the model number looks one of many possible model numbers for the much-anticipated device.
This is certainly a real device, but that doesn’t make it the real deal, so check back often here on TS for surprising pleasure.
