Despite all the hate Samsung’s Galaxy S III has received for its design, the phone has already received 9 million pre-orders worldwide. And now the smartphone is making its way to the shelves in India.
Samsung India has starting taking Galaxy S III PreOrders on the company’s e-store. So if you’ve been waiting for this monster then you have to pay INR 2,000 as the booking fee, which is non-refundable but will be adjusted in the final price of the smartphone and you will get a free Bluetooth headset from the company.
Flavored by Android 4.0/Ice Cream Sandwich, Galaxy S 3 sports a large 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen display, while being powered by a quad-core application processor. So if you’re really planning to pick one up then you might have to check out handset’s features before.
If rumors floating around hold true then Samsung is expected to price the Galaxy S III in India at a MRP of around 34-38K. While, a tweet comes straight from Stuff India revealed that the Galaxy S3 India launch is on 31st May.
Wait, we shouldn’t forget about an official announcement still, right? Galaxy S III has created a lot of hype event before being officially announced, so for time being we suspect for an official one.
