
It was back in February, at MWC show, when Lumigon revealed its ICS-powered T2 smartphone. Today we have some more information regards Lumigon T2 Smartphone’s pricing and availability, as we are told by the company itself.
Comes equipped with universal infrared remote functionality, which lets you control your other electronics via pointing out your remotes at the phone, the Lumigon T2 Android phone features a single core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 8MP snapper and a 3.8 inch touchscreen display with Gorilla Glass, Bang & Olufsen ICEpower sound.
Lumigon lets slip some more details to us regards other feature, called vault, which is a kind of a digital, encrypted safety deposit box. This new feature will let you store confidential notes, passwords, emails, text messages, apps, pictures, files and contacts securely.
The Vault can only be accessed with a password. If you lose your phone, all your personal data will still be secured and backed up in a cloud service.
Also touting a sunlight mode, the T2 owners will be able to read clearly even is direct sunlight by pressing the Lumigon symbol on the device’s home screen.
The phone will be launched across Europe and Asia (including India) by the end of the summer 2012 and will cost you around 500 to 600 Euros excluding taxes. We will be keeping our eyes peeled regards it availability, so check back with us at a later date for more information.
