HTC One S Body Design

With a yesterday announcement, the ICS-powered HTC One S is now available in India market to purchase, though we do know it’s late.

While HTC itself unveiled recently that it will be offering One S with a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor in select markets including Asia, you might be seeing the phone listed running on 1.5GHz dual core S4 processor on the retailers’ sites.

We suspect it will be changed later. Meanwhile, we recommend you double check the specs on a later date as chances are high that it could be the 1.7GHz later.

Got me impressed with its design, being thinnest Android smartphone in HTC One Series, the phone can be purchased via online retailer Infibeam for Rs. 36,157, while the online retailer Saholic is one step further offering the device for Rs. 33,000 only.

Don’t fret! I’m also trying to figure the logic out behind this absurd pricing on Infibeam as even the much superior HTC One X is priced at Rs. 36,099 with the same retailer.

Well, whatever is the case, I do know that HTC will be revealed official pricing for the handset soon, so stay tuned with us for more on the matter. And yes don’t forget to check out the phone’s specification in our previous article.

So, anyone of you out there looking forward to grab this one?
