ASUS Nexus 7 Tablet

We have heard rumors since long that Google is planning to reveal its own-branded Android tablet, which will be made by ASUS. However, with a flurry of recent rumors, we have not known much about the device excepting the processor and price tag.

Today, we’ve gotten a step closer to reality after two photos taken by the device were posted on Picasa and Google+. According to a report, the new Google tablet will en-route to the shelves as ASUS Nexus 7 and it will be flavored by Android 4.1 (maybe Android Jelly Bean).

The two surfaced photos are reported going through the photo’s EXIF data, and have been taken by a device made by ASUS and is known as the “Nexus 7”. One of the image I am attaching below of the article.

The image’s geo-location data also placed the picture at Google Building 44 in Mountain View, Calif.

Update: The photos first showed up in Somit Bh’s Google+ feed.
