The quad-core powered Acer Iconia Tab A700 is now available to purchase. Acer, again, has started taking fresh orders for its A700 ICS tablet after the first round sold out within days.

Packing a refreshingly high pixel density, in impressive 1920 x 1200 resolution display within the 10.1 inch frame, the Iconia Tab A700 is powered by a NVIDIA’s quad core Tegra 3 processor, clocked at speed of 1.3GHz.

The slate also sports a Dolby Mobile 3+ technology and 5.1-channel surround sound. There’s also a 9800mAh battery, to powering the device for 10 hours of video playback. It supports microSD cards of up to 64GB.

The 32GB model of slate is tagged for $449.99 (quite less than what we expected for), and interested party can hand over their order at the company website here.
