The South Korean manufacturer LG has revealed that it will be bringing a 10MP camera phone soon. This LG 10MP camera phone will be a quad core processor and TrueIPS display equipped, according to TNW.
To make that happen, LG is rumored to develop its own quad core mobile processor. And the new LG-made ARM processor will be called L9.
The new yet-to-be-unveiled smartphone is said to be a notable improvement over the LG Optimus 4X, a smartphone also equipped with a quad-core processor.
Various manufacturers, including Apple, use components from LG Display, LG Innotek, and LG Chem during 2011, and the LG Electronics chief believes the company is not utilizing the technology for itself. So now this is LG’s turn to take its mobile phones’ development to the new level.
The upcoming phone is rumored to go on sale in September. Stay tuned for more on the matter.
