Microsoft will likely introduce Office 2013, a new version of its popular suite, on Monday July 16th. Microsoft Office 2013 has been rumored since a long time.
The company is rumored to add new features with this release intended to “jazz up” its ubiquitous Office suite in preparation for the launch of Win8-based PCs in October, according to USA Today.
Codenamed “Microsoft Office 15,” this new software is also expected to work on iOS and Android as well.
Though, Microsoft has made no official confirmation on the same. As well as USA Today doesn’t also cite any particular sources to back up its claim.
The company’s CEO Steve Ballmer will host a news conference on July 16, which will be this coming Monday, and if this rumor proves to be true this will be the first official public unveiling of the software and the focal point of the event as well.
