While the Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update was ported via SDK port back in June, most of the casual owners of smartphone were waiting for an official release. As we all do know the official upgrade is way better than a port, right?
According to a report, the Jelly Bean for Galaxy S3 is under development, and could hit the device in either August or September. The Android 4.1 update for Galaxy S3 will be first to be deployed from the Samsung to its Galaxy-lineup.
I assume the update, like most Android updates, is going to be rolled out first for the unlocked and international versions of the Galaxy S3, which means that the phone owners in the US might be waiting until October or longer for the update to finally arrive.
We still don’t know what new features the new update will be bringing to the device. As always, we’ll keep you guys updated.
