Soon after Samsung launched Galaxy Note and Galaxy Y Olympic Edition with team GB rear covers, today the company has also revealed new Samsung Galaxy S3 Olympic Edition. Samsung seem to be supported the home team with the new limited edition of team GB rear covers to its latest flagship handset.

The new Team GB covers equipped Galaxy S3 models feature the union flag on a pebble blue background, or the Team GB lion on a marble white background. In addition, the smartphone also comes with an original cover so once the Games are over you can go back to a more traditional looking phone if you so wish.

Available to competing athletes, the Galaxy S3 phones will also allow users to control lighting, change television channels and act as an in-room phone extension.

At the moment, Carphone Warehouse in UK has the new Olympic Edition of Galaxy S3 for your celebrating pleasure of the London 2012 Olympic Games. The carrier will be selling the new phone edition from 1 August online. And it will be available for free from £28 a month with also Vodafone, Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Talk Mobile and Three.
