The exclusive “Garnet Red” edition of Galaxy S3 has been available for pre-orders since July 15, and now units are available both in stores and online.

In terms of appearance the device is identical to its blue and white counterparts, sans the red coating.

    I love the colors of the first two phones, but I like this version a lot
    more since it’s my favorite color. I must be qualified to be a vampire! A
    couple of my Dish coworkers bought their Galaxy SIII’s in blue and white, and
    judging by how much they use them per day, I’d say they love them. I like
    streaming live and recorded TV to my phone using the Sling Adapter that I have
    connected to my Hopper and the Dish Remote Access app on my phone, and LTE
    should make it even better. It’s a very simple system that I’ve used for a long
    time, and one that I look forward to using on the new phone. It’ll be nice to catch
    up on the Olympics using the Galaxy SIII. In red of course!
