
For those rocking a HTC One X out there in Europe will be please to read that the Android 4.0.4 update for the device is available now. The HTC One X Android 4.0.4 ICS Update boosts up the handset to the new version of HTC’s custom UI, so called Sense 4.1.
The new update for the International version (unlocked, HSPA+, and Tegra 3) is being rolled out in some region, including Germany, France and more. We’ve not heard about the update in other region, though HTC says it will be rolling out today, August 10.
The new update brings a number of Sense-specific enhancements, including a re-mapping of the ‘recent apps’ key. Other notable changes include a new tab-switching button in the browser, white balance adjustment and continuous autofocus in the camera app. It also seems to have fixed some Bluetooth issues as well.
Head to Settings > About phone > Software updates to see if your OTA is ready. As well as, sounds off in comments below about your experience over the latest update.
