Not it’s not 11.6 (we’ve forgotten about), it might be actual an 11.8-inch tablet from Samsung that just reached the FCC. Soon after Galaxy Note 10.1 popped up over the FCC, the mysterious Samsung 11.8 inch Tablet also made its way through.
The latest FCC filing just appeared to confirm the upcoming slate with Samsung GT-P8110 model number — which resembles the P10 branding from the leaked Samsung’s documents — which obtained by SlashGear recently.
Leaving us with no official confirmation, the FCC doc doesn’t reveal too much other than 16GB of on-board storage, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, and NFC. According to rumors, the upcoming Samsung tablet’ 11.8 inch screen will support a higher resolution of 2560×1600 pixels.

Judging by the drawing of the back cover, it looks like that the corners are more rounded than current company’s tablets, which seems to indicate us the beginning of a new line or softening in the design of a refresh in upcoming Samsung’s slates.
This could all be coincidence, but we could be seeing a new 11.8″ tablet coming this year for sure. We suspect the coming days to be very busy for Sammy, as the company is expected to reveal the new Galaxy Note2 and Note 10.1. Rumor it also has that we could be seeing the all new products debuting at upcoming IFA event, which will be held on August 29. Stay tuned for more.
