While the upcoming Apple iPhone 5 is not all official yet, the recent rumor just has suggested some shocking information. Soon after iMore reported that Apple might unveil next iPhone at the special event on September 12, 2012, the site, today, claims that the company will start taking iPhone 5 Preorders on same day.
Additionally, the site also confirmed that the international launch of the upcoming iPhone 5 will take place in early October, with Oct. 5 being the most likely day.
If true, recently several publications have also reported that the next iPhone 5 release date is indeed September 21. The company has been known to delay the launch of its devices internationally to ramp up sales. So such a timeframe doesn’t strike us as unreasonable, and it seems to fit the official evidence as well.
To remind you, the rumored specs of iPhone 5 include 4-inch (1136 x 640p) display, LTE connectivity, larger battery, NFC, and 9-pin connector. It is also expected to run the latest iOS 6. Rumors also point out a monster camera in the device, and a unique design as well.
August is rapidly coming to a close, though, so we should know more in just a matter of weeks. Stay tuned.
