Jelly Bean for Galaxy S3

It was yesterday, on YouTube, we saw the Galaxy S3 running what appeared to be an official beta of the upcoming refresh, based on Android 4.1.1, equipped with all the JB goodies and the Samsung TouchWiz UX Nature on top of the OS.

Well, then ROM wasn’t available officially, but today you can expect your device to running the Google’s latest operating system. Obtained by SamMobile, the I9300XXDLG4 Android 4.1.1 build for Galaxy S3 is available to download.

However, the official Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S3 is under development, and will be out at IFA event, August 29, according to rumors. So, of course, we advise you to hold off on this release and wait for the finished version to arrive.

That’s not to say that there’s anything particularly wrong with this build. The ROM is apparently coming from official sources, but there’s still the chance something could go wrong and seriously mess up your expensive new phone.

The build, however, is targeted at the international version and is available for the brave to download and flash if you choose to give it a whirl. If you don’t mind waving your warranty goodbye, then think twice and hit the source link below after the break.
