If you paid no attention to that iRig DJ mixer iOS app, and were twiddling your thumbs waiting for Pioneer DJ app to come out, you might need to please your patience. Pioneer electronics, on Wednesday, launched their new DJ music management app for the Android and iOS.

Dubbed Rekordbox DJ, the new app gives DJs mobile access to all of the software’s key features and functions. Users can create playlists; cue and loop point and beat location settings, and perform waveform analysis, among other features.
The organized music in the device can also be wirelessly synched with a computer utilizing the Pioneer rekordbox music management PC software, providing the additional convenience of preparing music for playback on a Pioneer DJ system.

The new DJ app is also designed to be able to be used by the new XDJ-AERO DJ system from Pioneer. The app is available for free. Hit the source links below for grabs.
