It was in early July, we heard rumor about a quad core running LG smartphone. Now rumors it has that LG is indeed working on a most powerful smartphone on the planet. It would appear that LG, today, has launched a new teaser site — complete with a video (above) –- hints at an upcoming device to be armed with a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, alongside a nice Adreno 320 GPU.
Though it’s still withholding quite a bit of info, it looks like the tech giant TheVerge was able to translate the teaser site, where they found that the Snapdragon S4 Pro is being referred to as a “second generation quad-core processor.”
The handset’s name is still being kept under wraps by LG, but word on the street is that it will be called LG Optimus G and, apart from its quad core chip, will sport a 4.7-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, and a monster 13MP camera. It is also rumored to feature 3G/4G LTE compatibilities. If I’m not wrong, could it be rumored Eclipse smartphone?
Stay tuned for additional information.
