Apple just sent out the invitations of a September 12 event, which will be held in San Francisco. The media event will seemingly kick off at 10:00 AM Pacific / 1:00 PM Eastern at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. What we can see here is an invitation [above] that simply reads “it’s almost here.”

Moreover, there’s clearly a “5″ in the shadow of the invitation, implying that the next-generation Apple’s smartphone undoubtedly will be called iPhone 5.

Apple is, of course, expected to unveil iPhone 5 and give a final preview of iOS 6 at the event. The upcoming iPhone is rumored to feature a new two-tone unibody design, a Sharp’s IGZO panel-based 4-inch display and 4G LTE.
