Sony seems to bringing up a range of Mirrorless Cameras for September 12 Event. Not only is the company planning to launch the previously leaked NEX6 Mirrorless camera, but it will also unveil two full frame compact cameras; namely Sony A99 and Sony RX1.
Talking about Sony A99, this Mirrorless Camera is rumored to be first to use the company’s SLT ((single lens translucent) mirror system. Judging by the image shown above, unlike the NEX6’s optical viewfinder feature, the A99 would appear to use OLED-based electronic eyepiece. You might want to head over to the Sony Alpha Rumors for more details on A99’s specs.
Moving on, another one leaked camera is the Sony RX1 (images shown above). Found on Photoprice.ca, it is rumored to be a compact Full Frame camera with fixed Carl Zeiss 35mm f/2.0 compact lens. It’s a cool feature Sony ever deployed for its cameras lineup. But hey, would you prefer to spend $3000 for a fixed lens camera?
Apart from these cameras, the Sony is also rumored to unveil a “professional” NEX model. We’ve to wait and see what Sony has under the wraps. Stay tuned with Techsnapr for additional details.
