The Panorama feature has been most highlighted with the iPhone5’s unveiling at the recent event in SF. Brining the capability to create a single large panoramic image up to 28MP in size, the Panorama mode feature already made splash in Apple’s 4-incher iPod Touch earlier today.
Now that the Apple’s latest flagship owners will own Panorama feature, older devices owners will not be left out of this feature addition, thanks to iOS 6 GM.

Apple, today, has released the iOS 6 “Gold Master” (GM) version of its yet-to-get official software. The final release of iOS 6, however, is due to September 19, but those with a developer account can now get a taste of the full iOS 6 early.
The iOS 6 GM ‘build 10A403’ files are available now to download from Apple’s developer website. The owners of devices, including iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, along with iPad 2, new iPad and 4th-gen iPod Touch, are able to download the files. But to be clear; what we’re mentioning is Panorama feature. That said; only iPhone 4S and 5’s cameras are compatible to snag this feature out.

It’s been confirmed over the Apple’s site, on iPhone model comparison page, that iPhone 4S lists the same feature of the iSight camera’s Panorama capability, also found in iPhone5 [screenshot shown above].

On the other hand, on Sep 19, the iOS 6 will be bringing several new features. Siri will be enhanced to provide movie information, sports scores, and the ability to post to Facebook and Twitter. Maps app are expected to provide turn-by-turn directions with 3D experience. The upcoming iOS 6 will be available as a free download for the Apple iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, along with new iPad, iPad 2 and for 4th-gen iPod touch.
If you’re not a developer and want to try this Panorama feature out, the thing you will only have to do is waiting until Sept. 19th. Meanwhile, stay tuned with us for a follow up post on official release.

Thanks, Aden
