I’ve not been writing much about upcoming HTC Phablet due to scant details so far. But now what it looks like the more evidences have been leaked regards the device’s existence. According to HTCSource.com, the new device has been popped up as DIx codename, which probably stands for Droid Incredible X.
Additionally, the new HTC DIx will come boasting a quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 16GB on-board storage and a 5-inch (1794 x 1080p) touchscreen HD display at 480ppi. It will be coupled by 1.5GB of RAM.
Moreover, a second notification LED (calls/missed alerts/charging) is also said to be featured on the back of the handset.
No detail on what processor it will come sporting. But it will be a Verizon-branding smartphone/Phablet, as revealed in Bluetooth SIG it was confirmed as ‘HTC6435LVW’ model number. So sure, it will be a 4G LTE-equipped monster too.

The device is rumored to be unveiled at HTC’s upcoming September 19th event. Stay tuned with Techsnapr for additional details.
