The long-awaited Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean Update has started rolling out. The new upgrade adopts the closer build number [I9300XXDLIB] to the recently spotted as most stable leak.
The new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S3 [International version] seems to rolling out initially in Poland (“XEO” region), Romania and UK, with other regions and networks expected to follow shortly.
The new update brings a host of subtle yet powerful improvements. That said; the update brings latest project Butter, Google Now, two HomeScreen modes, a new Notification Tray, as well as resizable Pop-up Play features.
Unfortunately — at the time being – the update is being pushed out through Samsung’s Kies software. So rather than waiting for a notification alert, you might have to start up Kies on your PC and plug in your phone to grab the update. We’ll do a follow-up post on the update for other regions, stay tuned.
