Pantech, a South Korean mobile phones manufacturer, has revealed its new quad-core powered Android smartphone, called Pantech Vega R3. Despite seeming a worthy competitor for the likes of Apple, Samsung or LG over in South Korea; the Pantech hopes to enter in Android smartphones world with this beast.
Even though the title of “powerful or gorgeous or slimmest” handset changes hands almost every other week, still Pantech is brave enough to brag its new Vega R3 smartphone “the best existing quad-core smartphone.” Well! Starting Tuesday, September 25, the phone will be available in black and white in Korea via all three major carriers (SK Telecom, KT and LG U+). Meanwhile, we’re also waiting for a follow-up post on worldwide availability.
The new Pantech Vega R3 looks really great on paper to me, as technically it get the honor of being the first ever smartphone powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. What do you guys think about it?
