Acer details Jelly Bean Update Plans for Iconia Tabs lineup. Older models won’t be upgraded.

Own an Acer Iconia slate, and wondering when you can expect Jelly Bean Update on it? Wonder no more, answer is here: Well! If you are owner of an older Acer tablets, including Iconia Tab A100, A200 and A500, then you shouldn’t expect Jelly Bean update at the time being.

By the way, unofficial methods can’t be forgotten.

Again, apart from new 7-incher A110 tab; the Iconia Tab A110, A210, and A510 owners are in luck. The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the mentioned devices will be rolling out soon. Though, no specific timings were guided.

It’s worth nothing to say that the update should be rolling out this month’s end, as the Iconia Tab A700 has already been upgraded with Google’s latest operating system last week. Anyways, stay tuned with us for more on the matter.
