Rumored to be a contender for the next Nexus model, the Samsung Galaxy Premier ‘GT-i9260’ handset has been leaked in a picture earlier this morning.
Though, it’s not a Nexus phone; as what it looks to be running TouchWiz over Android 4.1 Jelly Bean [in the picture shown above] with an kinda design mokeup like S3.
Seems to rendering somewhere in between the Galaxy S III and Galaxy S3 mini; the unannounced Galaxy Premier is rumored to pack a 4.65-inch (720p) HD Super AMOLED display. Other features of the handset also include a 1.5GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. There’s also an 8MP rear shooter along with a 2MP front snapper.
Additionally, it will be retailing in two storage versions, including 8GB and 16GB; with the ability of upto 64GB memory expansion via MicroSD card.
Moreover, being a slightly lower-end version in Galaxy-series, the phone is rumored to cost around €480 ( circa $620); which we suspect for the unlocked device. It’s expected to be announced in Q4 2012.
