As you already know, we are 3 days away from the final release of ASUS Padfone2 and — as we could expect — the device has been spotted in leaked press shots and video demo ahead of official release.
Two multiple leaks got our first glimpse of the upcoming device in the form of the convergent gadget.
That said; first of all Anant Dwivedi of Bloomberg TV India snagged a video tour of the ASUS Padfone2 with the ASUS’s boss. Soon after the video tour, our favorite leaker @evleaks published additional pictures of the device.
Keeping in line with the original Padfone experience, as you can see in pictures and video as well, the Android-powered Smartphone is separate from the slate. But ASUS has replaced the flap cover from the first generation Padfone instead.
Again, the next-gen Padfone (model number A68) will be packing a massive 4.7-inch (presumably 1280x720p) display, a 1.5GHz quad core Snapdragon S4 chip coupled with 2GB of RAM, and a massive 13MP shooter.
As of the tablet, it will be sporting a 10.1-inch HD display and 3x the battery capacity of the original.
Note: Skip to 1:40 in video for ASUS Padfone2. More pictures in gallery below after the break.
