Sony NexusX Leaked: It was reported on Google’s I/O conference that the various manufacturers — including LG, HTC, Sony, Samsung and even Motorola Mobility — might unveil Google-branded Nexus devices later this year.
While we’ve been hearing lots of rumors about LG’s one — not mention to HTC’s yet — what it looks like Sony is the next in the line to grab the spot as well.
That said; earlier this morning a device has popped up over PicasaWeb, which is being dubbed as Sony NexusX.
Judging by the pictures, it’s likely a 4.5-incher device with an LED flash equipped rear snapper. The upcoming Sony Xperia Nexus will also be sporting MicroUSB port, desktop dock port, front-facing shooter and onscreen Android buttons in tow.
By the sound of its name, it’s apparently an upcoming Google-bound [logo around back] device from Sony, and we’ll likely have more information coming later this month. Stay tuned for additional details on the Sony NexusX.
