As the iPhone5’ debut is approaching in India, the leading mobile service operators — including MTNL, Airtel and Vodafone — have prepared to offer iPhone5 nanoSIM cards in the country ahead of the handset’s launch.
According to a recent report, the MTNL Mumbai has confirmed that it will be offering new iPhone5 nanoSIM card to the customers in next 3 to 4 days across all Customer Service Centers across Mumbai under its SIMEX (SIM for exchange) basis.
While Airtel has also confirmed iPhone5 nanoSIM cards to be retailed commercially soon, the Vodafone is now offering the nanoSIM for iPhone5 in India across all Vodafone circles for SIMEX (SIM exchange). Moreover, the mobile operator has also confirmed that the customers will not be incurred additional price for nanoSIM, as their standard SIM-card can be exchanged with new nano one.
Apart from this, it’s also worth mentioning that Apple iPhone5 nanoSIM cutters have already started popping up, and theoretically, they should be arriving to India soon — for your preferred operator’ SIM using pleasure.

Reportedly, being about 30% smaller than the MicroSIM card [used in previous model], the nanoSIM card measures just at 12.3 x 8.8 mm.
