As reported, seems like Samsung will indeed roll out Galaxy S2 Jelly Bean update in Q4 this year. That said; Samsung Sweden just has confirmed the Jelly Bean update roll out for Galaxy S2 starting next month.

The all S2 owners will be able to snag out the Android 4.1 update in November through both over-the-air and via the KIES application software.

Along with S2, the company’s Galaxy Note and Note 10.1 (aka Note 800) will also be upgraded to Android 4.1 JB sometime before year’s end; and we suspect December roll out as well.

However it’s official via Samsung, but if you are lucky to stay out there in USA, you can always check your device on company’s support webpage to see when your it is expected to receive the update on major online carriers.
