As rumored – in keeping with thin-theme – Apple just has unveiled its new 13-incher Retina MacBook Pro at the special live event. Being 20% thinner (at just 0.75-inches) over its predecessor, the new MacBook Pro features 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution Retina display at 232 ppi.

Packing 178-degree viewing angle, 75% reduced reflection, and 300 nits brightness, the device weighs 3.57 pounds (1.62kg) only.
Other features also include stereo speakers, FaceTime HD camera, dual mics and backlit keyboard.
The new 13-inch Retina MacBook Pros will start shipping starting today at $1700, for the base model, which includes a 2.5GHz dual-core i5 processor (coupled with Intel HD Graphics 4000), 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash memory. It also can be configured with up to 768GB of flash storage.

Meanwhile, a 256GB model will cost you back $2000, which apparently brings a revamped 2.9GHz dual-core Intel i7 processor and 768GB of flash storage.
