We’ve been talking about a Sony’s upcoming flagship, codenamed Odin, which could be unveiled next year at CES 2013 event, according to multiple reports.
This 5-incher is not the only one that the Japanese giant is rumored to introduce, as another smartphone with similar specifications will be revealed alongside, codenamed Yuga.
Flaunting the same design, the both handsets will be bragging a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels on a 5-inch LCD. Though, this is worth noting that the Sony Yuga will be an Asian edition, while the Odin will be a global version.
Moving on, the both smartphones will be housing 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core chips, along with 2GB of RAM — to make the Sony’s dream of “GS3 and iPhone5 rival” come true.
Moreover, the Yuga will be grabbing a 2400mAh battery while the Odin gets a tad smaller 2300mAh power source. Stay tuned for more on the matter.
Update: The rumor has it that US online retailer T-Mobile might be carrying either of the two Android phones, while the AT&T might chuck out the hopes and will not carry any of the two devices.
