Unveiled way back in August, the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean-running Archos GamePad gaming tablet is now up for grabs for £130 (€150)—at least in Europe. Replete with a Mali 400 MP quad-core GPU-equipped 1.6GHz dual-core processor, the tablet-cum-gaming-machine features a screen resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels.
The 7-incher device has (expandable) 8GB of internal storage. It is quite thin at just 0.3-inches (10mm). There is also WiFi and Bluetooth as usual and then of course all those dedicated gaming buttons and joysticks—as well as a mini HDMI-out to stream games right to your TV.
This GamePad is a perfect companion for ShadowGun: DeadZone, or the brand new GTA: Vice City.
This Archos’ (world’s) first true Android game console will be heading to USA shores in Q1 2013, according to company. For more on the matter, follow the source link below.
