Lenovo Vibe Z: the new name in company’s phablet lineup, marking to be first to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processor. Featuring dual-SIM functionality under the hood, the quad-core powered Vibe Z boats a Sony-made Exmor RS 13MP f/1.8 back shooter (with dual-LED flash) and runs a custom Android-based (v4.2.2) ROM. Just like its sibling — Vibe X — Lenovo’s new Phablet bears the same anti-fingerprint finish on the back. A 5MP wide-angle front snapper dominates the up top 5.5-inch full HD IPS display.
While no battery size is mentioned just yet, Lenovo claims a lab-tested standby time of 278.5 hours for the WCDMA + GSM model.
Lenovo Vibe Z will come in several versions – specific configurations for Chinese operators, plus a GSM + 4G LTE version for the international market. Lenovo China’s website says it will soon be taking pre-orders for the device. Meanwhile, stay tuned regards international pricing and availability.
