Intel has revealed a new tablet, named the Studybook. Aimed to young students (4-8 years old) with the goal of making their study more interactive, and more efficient, the new tablet is a 7-inch model powered by an Intel Atom (Oak Trail) Z650 processor, clocked at 1.5GHz. Like the recent Kindle Fire update, Amazon has released the latest Kindle Touch software update to 5.1.0 and it’s definitely worth downloading if you have the device. HyperX 3K

Kingston has revealed new HyperX 3K, a high-performance, lower priced SSDs enabling users to have a great user experience without breaking the bank. Using a second-generation SandForce SF-2281 processor, the Kingston HyperX 3K Solid-State Drive has been fitted with an ATA 6 GB/s interface to provide sequential read throughput of 555 MB/s with write throughput of 510 MB/s and max random R/W IOPS of 85k/74k on the 90GB drive and the performance slowly drops as you increase the drives capacity. RIM PlayBook 4G

Recently we were kept promising that RIM will be releasing a 4G version of their BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, and now some actual images of the slate have been emerged, which were posted to the CrackBerry forums. However, RIM revealed in the past that it will be bringing WiFi, 3G/HSPA+ and 4G PlayBooks coming in the future — but the Wi-Fi-only model was the only RIM tablet ever to see release. Some folks out there who clearly believe in the future of 3D technology will definitely be thrilled to know that LG has just introduced A540-T/D 3D notebook and the 2D but AH-IPS equipped A540-P. Sprint Upcoming Phones

Sprint has thrown the switch on their LTE landing page, which confirms that, the Galaxy Nexus and LG Viper both smartphones are coming to Sprint. The Android devices also will be joined by yet another high-end device, the HTC One X, if the rumors floating around hold true. Sony V150 BenchMarks

Probably, the Japanese manufacturer, Sony seems determined to prove its supremacy on the tablet market with yet another high-end device. Surfaced in benchmark test, the new leak hints at Sony’s upcoming tablet, codenamed Sony V150, which will apparently run on Quad Core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. It seems like now it’s time for Nokia to foray into the tablet PC market. Nokia will introduce a Windows 8 tablet in Q4 2012, if rumors are to be believed. The new tablet will be a 10 inch device and would be among the first to use Microsoft’s new Windows 8 operating system.
